I am writing this letter to recommend xyz for the teacher’s position in your school. As a Principal of ABC School, I have worked with xyz for over three years. She was a teacher in our staff, and I am very pleased to be able to provide a letter of recommendation for her for a teacher’s position in your esteemed school.

When xyz was a teacher with us, she was in charge of training fourth and fifth grade students in various subjects such as Math, Science etc. She also performed the role of a substitute teacher for different grades. We found her to be highly motivated in learning as much she could do to perform to the best of her capacity. She also put in long hours to monitor the progress of students and to develop comprehensive lesson plans for them.

While she had just started out as a teacher with us, she understood her limitations and observed other experienced teachers closely to improve her abilities. Over the next three years, she showed remarkable progress and soon became an indispensable part of our team.

While xyz has several strengths, I would specially like to point out his ability to motivate students. She has always shown acute interest in their progress and is alert and sensitive towards children needing special assistance or attention.

To summarize, xyz displays all the qualities that make an ideal teacher. She is reliable, inspiring and in tune with the needs of her students. She gets along well with colleagues and peers and is ever willing to learn from those around him. I highly recommend her for any teaching position.
